Message from student who joined FSC March program

Joining FSC gave me the opportunity to experience the rich culture of Japan. Through FSC, I had the chance to watch Kabuki, enjoy a barbecue party one summer day, pound and eat my own mochi, dig sweet potatoes and pick oranges with students from different parts of the world. Each experience was special since we had our FSC mentors with us in every activity, and they definitely deepened my appreciation for Japanese culture. Aside from these activities, joining FSC meant having a family here in Japan. My mentor and other CWAJ members are very supportive, and they have definitely made my stay here in Japan worthwhile. (Message from a Filipino student taking an M.A. course in University of Tokyo)
