Please check out this good article posted on Washington Japanese Women’s Network (WJWN) magazine VIEWS No.67 about CWAJ’s activities written by one of the members, Yoko Moskowitz. The article is in Japanese.
WJWN was originally started by a group of women in Bethesda, suburb of Washington D.C. in summer 1995. They believe in the importance of supporting women to be financially independent and this has been a community to exchange information and have discussions with each other about living in the area for the women who are related to Japan and speak Japanese.
