Scholarship for Japanese Women to Study Abroad

CWAJ GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP
FOR JAPANESE WOMEN TO STUDY ABROAD (SA)

The Study Abroad program supports women, including LGBTQ+, who are Japanese nationals or special permanent residents who wish to study abroad for a graduate degree. Scholarships are awarded based on a candidate’s academic excellence, the quality and feasibility of their proposed plan of study, and their potential to contribute to society. The Scholarship does not have any restrictions on field of study or age.

CWAJ is pleased to announce the launching of the CWAJ Cartier Scholarship in 2023 in collaboration with Cartier Japan, which has a long-standing commitment to empowering women. This scholarship to nurture future changemakers is also for a Japanese woman to pursue a graduate degree abroad but with a focus on her potential to contribute to society through entrepreneurship and business. There is no age limit or restriction on the field of study.
