2026 Selection Committees Are Starting!
- CWAJ scholarships are awarded by committees of Members who work together to choose scholars. This year, we are awarding scholarships to
- Japanese women to study abroad (SA)
- Non-Japanese women to study in Japan (NJG)
- Visually impaired students to study in Japan (SVI-SJ) and abroad (SVI-SA)
The Scholarship Committee also has one-time volunteer opportunities:
– Hostess and Zoom tech support on interview days (February)
– Translators (Japanese to English) for SVI applications (November)
No experience is necessary, and all are welcome. Thank you to those who already volunteered. If you haven’t yet and are interested in helping, please sign up with THIS LINK

Scholar Alumni Gathering at the Print Show
On Saturday, October 18 at 11:00, we will host a Scholar Alumni gathering at the Print Show. CWAJ members are also invited to join and meet some of the inspiring Scholars that CWAJ has supported.
