Beginning in 2025, the Art Galleria portal is up and running, and all submissions have been made through this system. It is an efficient way to catalogue the prints and maintain clear information about the submissions. Thanks to the team for transitioning our archive to this new system. Art Galleria provides easy access to the prints through the online gallery, which in turn also assists in sales.
Artist submissions closed on March 31, and we received 402 submissions. The Selection Advisory Committee (SAC) assessed digital images of artworks submitted by artists for the first round of selections from April 11-17. The announcement of the first selection of prints will be April 23-25.
For the second stage of the selection process, artists will send in their physical artworks to the CWAJ Center for review, and we will be accepting works at the Center until mid-May. The SAC will review the works in person on May 21; unwrapping day is a highlight of this process. Artists will be notified of their selection by May 31.

We have prepared a draft budget proposal for this year’s Print Show. The figures are based on the information provided by sub-committees during the first all-committee meeting in February, as well as reviews carried out with individual sub-committees.
