Proposals:
- The Board voted to accept the donation from Loro Piana of JPY 50,000.
- The Board discussed a proposal that CWAJ join as a corporate member the HIllside Club Salon for JPY 30,000 a year. The advantages would be to have a cafe like location for CWAJ meetings such as new member coffees, among others. It is hard to find meeting locations that do not require the cost of a lunch or coffee. This membership would provide additional regular space for small and large meetings. Questions were raised about the cost associated with joining this club and questions about availability and who would actually use the Club. More information will be provided at the next meeting.
