The Scholarship Committee has started 2026 Selection!
The three Selection Committees Coordinators are
- Japanese Women to Study Abroad including the CWAJ Cartier Scholarship (SA) – Coordinators Yuka Watanabe and Nancy Tsurumaki
- Non-Japanese Women to Study in Japan (NJG) – Coordinators Noriko Tanaka, Vicky Muehleisen, and Elizabeth Okada
- Visually Impaired Students to Study in Japan (SVI-SJ) and Abroad (SVI-SA) – Coordinators Kyoko Okuda and Rita Kar
The Scholarship Committee is looking for a few more volunteers:
– Hostess, Interviewers and Zoom techs on interview days (Saturdays in February, March)
– Translators for Social Media posts (ongoing)
– Scholarship Administrative Assistant

We are also looking for someone to assist with small admin jobs:
– Assist with Scholarship GM; e.g., nametags for guests, blue ribbons for Scholarship CMs
– Help with other admin tasks as requested by D/CCs, possibly including mailing announcements to schools/universities.
