BnA (“Bed and Art”) Hotel (Nihonbashi, Kyoto, Akihabara, etc.) is a unique art hotel concept aiming to empower local artistic communities. Each room is designed by a local artist, and a portion of profits goes to the artists. The hotels serve as permanent art exhibitions showcasing local art, as well as a place to connect local artists to the global audience. Tazawa will share the journey from founding BnA in 2015, facing challenges during the pandemic, engaging in various community-building projects, and its future plans of global expansion.
