Membership Statistics
As of November 8, 2025, we have 355 members, 208 Regular, 83 Overseas, 55 Supporting, 2 Junior, and 7 Scholars.
New Members
We were very happy to welcome two new members from Australia: Dale Druhan and Salli Treweek since the last eNews report.
Information Meeting /Membership Inquiries
On October 30, we hosted our eighth Information Meeting of the year, two prospective members attended, and both joined soon after. As some prospective members were unable to attend this meeting because of the day and time, we decided to schedule another meeting soon and to hold it on a Saturday morning.
The next Information Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 15, 10:00 am (online). We have received 10 inquiries for Membership. Some of whom were unable to attend on October 30. To date three of those inquiries have signed up for the meeting.
A New Members Welcome Coffee will be held on Thursday, November 20, at the Roppongi Hills Community Hall (Residence building), from 10:30 to12:00. Inna Caron kindly reserved the venue for us.
SIG Presentation
The SIG Co-Chairs Jamaica Obeso and Yuko Terakawa have prepared a short video of SIG to be presented at the November General Meeting.
