MISSION STATEMENT
A dynamic, progressive organization, the College Women’s Association of Japan promotes education and fosters multicultural friendships. Through meaningful volunteer activities, we empower and inspire each other to create an enduring, positive impact on our communities.
GOALS
To provide our Members with:
- Rewarding volunteer and leadership opportunities
- Teamwork between Japanese and non-Japanese partners
- Stimulating educational programs
- Enjoyable intercultural activities
To serve our community by:
- Awarding Scholarships to women and to the visually impaired
- Presenting the annual CWAJ Print Show of high quality contemporary Japanese print art (hanga)
- Providing educational and cross-cultural programs for the community
